Welfare Fund/WUB 2022 Benefit Payment Information

For 2022 Benefits will continue to be paid by the Fund on a monthly
basis, application for Benefit Forms are due in the Fund Office no later
than the Fourth Tuesday of each calendar month for the subsequent
month's Benefit payment. See attached letter for additional information.
