9/11 TRIBUTE TO LABOR

Yesterday's 25th Anniversary Tribute to Labor of 9/11 was a moving and meaningful event as we came together to honor and remember all those lost on September 11th, as well as those who have since passed from 9/11-related illnesses and the many who continue to battle the lasting health effects of their service and sacrifice. We paid tribute to the first responders, Building Trades members, and volunteers who answered the call without hesitation, risking their safety and health in the rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero.

We thank everyone who attended and all of the speakers who shared their reflections and memories. Your participation helped reaffirm our commitment to remembering those we lost, honoring those who served, and ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.

Participants gathered near the Oculus, and at the conclusion of the addresses, proceeded to the Memorial Pools for a solemn moment of prayer and reflection. Together, we honored the lives lost, remembered the sacrifices made, and reaffirmed that we will never forget.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
