APPRENTICES RECEIVE BOOTS FROM NYC PINCC

 Our 1st-semester apprentices received a boost with new work boots provided through NYC Talent Pathways to Industrial and Construction Careers (PINCC). Work boots are essential PPE in construction, and for new workers, the costs can be a real hurdle. Union Plumbers earn strong wages and benefits, but in the early days of a career in the trades, every bit of support helps.

The officers of Plumbers Local 1 were glad to connect PINCC with our Trade Ed staff to facilitate this support. We extend our thanks to TreyMichael Reid, Executive Director of PINCC, for his leadership and partnership.
