New Empire BCBS Point of Service (POS) Alternate Network

Effective January 1, 2014, the Plumbers Local Union No. 1 Welfare Fund will participate in Empire BCBS Point of Service (POS) Alternate Network for NYS Residents Only. ASB Fund 2013 Benefit Payment Information

For 2013 Benefits will continue to be paid by the Fund on a monthly basis, application for Benefit Forms are due in the Fund Office no later than the Fourth Tuesday of each calendar month for the subsequent month's Benefit payment.
