TAKE ACTION: SUPPORT CLEAN ENERGY PLAs IN NY - (10/21/2025)

The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) is currently considering six thermal energy networks (TENs) for advancement to the construction phase of a project.  These projects are in Syracuse, Haverstraw and New York City and would all be performed under PLAs pursuant to legislation we passed a few years ago. 

The PSC is accepting comments until next Monday, October 27th.  Below is a link to utilize for submission by affiliates and/or individual members.  We encourage everyone to submit, as this is an exciting opportunity for new clean energy union jobs.
