A RETROSPECTIVE REPORT OF PROJECT 2025 - (4/7/2025)

As outlined in Project 2025, the Trump Administration has killed the Hydrogen Tax credit, stopping billions of dollars in Hydrogen projects in the U.S., stripped collective bargaining rights from hundreds of thousands of union workers, including thousands of UA members in the bases and shipyards, and has nominated Chrystal Carey, a union-busting lawyer from Morgan Lewis as Counsel to the NLRB. Morgan Lewis is one of the largest management-side law firms that currently represents corporations known for violating workers’ rights, including Amazon, SpaceX, Apple, and Tesla. Morgan Lewis is also pursuing the legal challenge that the NLRB is unconstitutional, despite several former NLRB members being employed at the firm.  

This is all in less than 3 months. IRAPs, Davis-Bacon and PLA bans are all on the table.
