Special MES Meeting Notice - (10/23/2012)

A Special Mechanical Equipment and Service Division Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Local Union No. 1 Training Center, located at:  37-11 47^th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101.

There has been an agreement reached between Plumbers Local Union No. 1 and the Association of Contracting Plumbers of New York City to convert the existing pre-tax contribution to the Vacation-Holiday Fund into an after-tax, weekly contribution to a Credit Union.

The purpose of this meeting is to explain the above to the members in great detail, and to answer any questions regarding this change to the Vacation and Holiday Fund.
