We have reopened the Building with new safety protocols. Any member or visitor will need to make an appointment before entering the building.

Please note: We will not be accepting ANY WALK-INS. Members must make an APPOINTMENT prior to visiting the Local 1 Building. Appointments will be limited to 15 minutes for dues payments and 30 minutes to meet with an officer. Any person entering the Building will have their temperature scanned upon arrival and must wear a face mask at all times. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the building. We anticipate an initial surge of appointments and recommend our members opt to pay Union Dues over the phone or through the KMR App rather than in person.

Download the KMR Union Dues App today, available for iOS and Android. A User ID & temporary password allowing access to your account were sent by email and sent to your home address in a follow-up mailing. If you do not have this information, call the Union Office, and we will be glad to assist you.

The COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund rules and application are available in the Members Only section. The Members Only login username is your last name, and the password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.

We specialize in both commercial and residential work, and also in medical gas certification and back-flow testing. We work on everything from stadiums to your residential home and small business. Our contractors are available 24-hours a day for all your plumbing needs.

What separates us from everyone else is our skill and training. Our apprentices go through a rigorous 5-year program on their way to becoming experienced journeymen, but the training doesn't end there. We continue to provide training so that there is no project too small or complex that we cannot fulfill on-time and budget for you!
