TOM KEMPF RECEIVES HARRY VAN ARSDALE, JR. LABOR AWARD

Plumbers Local Union No. 1 Business Agent, Thomas Kempf, was honored by the Democratic Organization of the County of Richmond at their 5th Annual Dinner Awards Ceremony at LiGreci's Staaten Caterer's in Staten Island on Thursday, March 25, 2010.  Tom received the prestigous Harry Van Arsdale, Jr. Labor Award.  Co-Honorees of the evening included Laura LoBianco Sword, awarded the John LaValle Democrat of the Year Award and New York City Comptroller John C. Lui.  Congratulations from the Officers, Members and Staff of Local 1 to all of the Honorees and in particular, to our own, Tom Kempf!
