Due to the high unemployment rate in New York State, a total of 33 weeks of federally-funded emergency benefits are available. You may claim these weekly benefits in the usual manner.

Check our website weekly for updates. Individuals who are currently employed should not quit a job to file for EUC benefits.  Quitting to collect these benefits will result in disqualification.
