Please be advised that at the March 4, 2009 MES Membership meeting, after a discussion and vote, it was determined to re-allocate a certain portion of wages for the Mechanical Equipment and Service Division (MES).
Specifically, effective April 1, 2009 the ASB-B portion of wages ($0.40 for Journeymen and $0.20 for Helpers 2nd Term – 5th Year) will be re-allocated from GROSS wages to the Plumbers Local Union No. 1 Vacation & Holiday Fund (pre-tax).
This re-allocation reduces the current Plumbers Local Union No. 1 Additional Security Benefit Fund "ASB-B Employee contribution" to $0.00 for this group.
