FROM MANHATTAN

Take the TRIBORO BRIDGE to the GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY. Take the Grand Central Parkway to the BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY (I-278). Exit the Brooklyn Queens Expressway at QUEENS BLVD. WEST. Follow Queens Blvd. and make a Left turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.

Take the QUEENSBORO (59^th Street) BRIDGE and follow to QUEENS BLVD. EAST. From Queens Blvd. make a Right turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.

Take the QUEENS MIDTOWN TUNNEL and exit at 21^st Street. Follow 21^st Street and make a Right turn onto QUEENS BLVD. From Queens Blvd. make a Right turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.

FROM EASTERN QUEENS or LONG ISLAND

Take the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (I-495) WEST and exit at GREENPOINT AVENUE. Make a Right turn onto Greenpoint Avenue. From Greenpoint Avenue make a LEFT turn onto 37^th Street. Follow 37^th Street to 47^th Avenue, the Training Center is on the right.

Take the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (I-495) WEST and exit at VAN DAM STREET. Make a Right turn onto Van Dam Street. Follow Van Dam Street to 47^th Avenue. Make a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow 47^th Avenue to 37^th Street, the Training Center is on the left.

Take the GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY WEST. Follow the Grand Central Parkway to the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (I-495) WEST. Take the Long Island Expressway West and exit at GREENPOINT AVENUE. Make a Right turn onto Greenpoint Avenue. From Greenpoint Avenue make a LEFT turn onto 37^th Street. Follow 37^th Street to 47^th Avenue, the Training Center is on the right.  

Take the GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY WEST. Follow the Grand Central Parkway to the BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY (I-278). Exit the Brooklyn Queens Expressway at QUEENS BLVD. WEST. Follow Queens Blvd. and make a Left turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.

FROM BROOKLYN or STATEN ISLAND

Take the BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY (I-278) from Brooklyn and exit at QUEENS BLVD. WEST. Follow Queens Blvd. to 38^th Street. From Queens Blvd. make a Left turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.

FROM The BRONX or UPSTATE COUNTIES

Take the WHITESTONE BRIDGE to the WHITESTONE EXPRESSWAY (I-678). Proceed to the GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY WEST. Take the Grand Central Parkway to the BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY (I-278). Exit the Brooklyn Queens Expressway at QUEENS BLVD. WEST. Follow Queens Blvd. and make a Left turn onto 38^th Street and then a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue. Follow to Training Center on the right.  

Take the WHITESTONE BRIDGE to the WHITESTONE EXPRESSWAY (I-678).  Exit at NORTHERN BLVD. WEST.  Follow Northern Blvd. to 39^th Street.  From Northern Blvd. make a Left turn onto 39^th Street.  Follow 39^th Street to 47^th Avenue.  Make a Right turn onto 47^th Avenue.  Follow to Training Center on the right.

Take the WHITESTONE BRIDGE to the WHITESTONE EXPRESSWAY (I-678).  Proceed to the VAN-WYCK EXPRESSWAY (I-678) South.  Follow the Van-Wyck Expressway to the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (I-495) WEST. Take the Long Island Expressway West and exit at GREENPOINT AVENUE. Make a Right turn onto Greenpoint Avenue. From Greenpoint Avenue make a LEFT turn onto 37^th Street. Follow 37^th Street to 47^th Avenue, the Training Center is on the right.

Take the THROGS NECK BRIDGE to the CLEARVIEW EXPRESSWAY (I-295) SOUTH. Follow the Clearview Expressway to the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (I-495) WEST. Take the Long Island Expressway West and exit at GREENPOINT AVENUE. Make a Right turn onto Greenpoint Avenue. From Greenpoint Avenue make a LEFT turn onto 37^th Street. Follow 37^th Street to 47^th Avenue, the Training Center is on the right.
