Apprentice Recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY FOR AN APPLICANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PROBATIONARY PLUMBER APPRENTICE:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of training/employment offer (Proof Required).
  2. Must be a citizen of the USA or legally eligible to work in the USA.
  3. Must have a high school diploma with a minimum grade of 70 or  "C"  in Math 1 and Math 2 ~ or ~ G.E.D. certificate with a minimum Math Score of 55 or 550.
  4. Must appear for an interview on a scheduled date and also must take an aptitude test given by the New York State Department of Labor.
  5. The applicant must obtain the application in person (Bring a form of Positive I.D. such as Drivers License). Only 1 application per person.
  6. A 25 Dollar testing fee must be paid by money order at time of filing.
  7. Applicant must be physically fit,  and take a drug screening test, at the time of training/employment offer.
